The City of Berea was previously selected as an Electric Vehicle Charging Station Program Partner by the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA). The plan would have made Berea one of more than 100 Northeast Ohio municipalities with new electric vehicle (EV) charging locations.
Apparently, the Berea project is currently on hold, as the Berea Department of the Engineer and Public Works found that the bids they received were simply too high. Federal dollars would have paid for the installation and implementation and then the city would collect user fees to support the costs of ongoing maintenance and such.
Despite the “push” to adopt EVs throughout the U.S., the feasibility remains uncertain. Some of the limitations (thus far) have included charging station availability, the costs of new EVs, the availability of scarce minerals needed for manufacturing, and others.
Motorists throughout the Northeast Ohio region have several options for selling junk vehicles. The majority of the offers from different buyers are typically similar. What is different among those who purchase junk vehicles? Too many of these vehicle buyers fail to properly adhere to the best environmental practices that ensures safety.
By contacting Cleveland Scrap Cars today, sellers of junk cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs will receive fast cash and quickly removal.
